PDF report Excel workbook JSON

The PDF carries the same figures and source lines as this page. The workbook has one sheet per card. The JSON is the place file every page, export and feed reads, at a stable public path: /data/localflare/counties/12093.json. The index of every place is at /data/localflare/index.json.
